Photisan

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Photisan processes your photos on your Mac and never sends them anywhere. This notice explains the little data we do use to sell you the license and check it.

Data controller

Yunier Escobar González (trade name: Photisan), of Tlacotalpan 92, Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, 06760 Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: [email protected].

What data we use

Photisan does not send your photos, documents or data about how you use the app, and this site uses no cookies or analytics tools.

What we use it for

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers that make the service possible: Lemon Squeezy (payments and licenses) and Cloudflare (hosting of the site and the license server), both in the United States. Each processes the data under its own privacy policy. Beyond them, we would only share data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

How long we keep it

Your license data, for as long as the license exists. Each computer's trial record is kept so the trial doesn't repeat on the same computer. Deactivated activations are remembered for 400 days, and the per-IP counters for two hours.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] from the email you bought with. We will answer within 20 business days. If you ask us to delete the data of a valid license, the license can no longer be activated.

Changes to this notice

We will publish any change here, with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email.
