This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

You can try Photisan for 14 days before subscribing. If, after paying, it isn't for you, we'll give your money back within the first 30 days.

How to ask

Write to us at [email protected] within 30 days of the first payment, with the email you used or the order number. You don't have to tell us why, though it helps us to know. If a renewal was charged when you didn't mean to continue, write to us within 30 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.

What happens next

• Lemon Squeezy refunds the full amount to the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to show.
• The license key is deactivated and Photisan stops saving and exporting on your computers. The files you already saved remain yours and open in other apps.

After 30 days

We no longer give refunds, unless we charged you twice or Photisan has a fault that keeps you from using it and we can't fix it.

Before a chargeback

If there's a problem with your charge, write to us first: we'll sort it out faster than your bank. A chargeback deactivates the license.

Cancelling the subscription

Cancelling isn't asking for a refund: you can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or by writing to us. The next year isn't charged, and you keep the versions you already paid for, forever.
